Bethany commenced employment at The Townsville Hospital in 2014 as a Cardiac Scientist after she attended a volunteer placement during her undergraduate degree. Bethany started her echocardiographic training in mid-2014 after completing training in all aspects of cardiac investigations. In conjunction with her echocardiographic training, Bethany has also completed training in both dobutamine and stress echocardiography protocols and is a member of the emergency on call echocardiography service.
 
Bethany joined the Precise Diagnostics team in 2015 as a part-time sonographer. She has a keen interest in emergency, congenital and paediatric echocardiography and would like to continue to pursue this further into the future.
